Bartender

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.

  • Deliver friendly, attentive service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

  • Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.

  • Handle high-volume shifts while maintaining quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

  • Take food and beverage orders, serve guests, and ensure a positive dining experience when needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.

  • Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies.

  • Accurately process payments and maintain cash handling procedures.

  • Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning duties.

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar required.

  • Serving experience required.

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods.

  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends. (Closed Sunday & Monday)

  • Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service.

Host

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Host to join our team 3–4 nights per week. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of the dining room

  • Handle reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently

  • Communicate clearly with servers and management to ensure smooth service

  • Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries

  • Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Availability to work evenings, including weekends

Experience with OpenTable is a plus, but not required, we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, guide them through the menu, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.

  • Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated clearly.

  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality and presentation standards.

  • Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Manage multiple tables and priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail during busy shifts.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service areas throughout each shift.

  • Monitor guest needs, anticipate requests, and resolve concerns with care and professionalism.

  • Accurately process payments and follow cash handling procedures.

  • Assist with opening, closing, side work, and other duties as needed.

  • Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies when serving alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar required.

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, personable attitude.

  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busy service periods.

  • Knowledge of food, cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, or a willingness to learn.

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
