Bartender

We're looking for an experienced, energetic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys working alongside a strong team, and is committed to providing outstanding guest service. Previous bartending and serving experience is required, as this role involves both crafting quality beverages and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.

  • Deliver friendly, attentive service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

  • Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.

  • Handle high-volume shifts while maintaining quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

  • Take food and beverage orders, serve guests, and ensure a positive dining experience when needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.

  • Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies.

  • Accurately process payments and maintain cash handling procedures.

  • Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning duties.

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar required.

  • Serving experience required.

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods.

  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.

  • Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service.

  • Organize and prioritize outgoing food orders during service

  • Inspect every plate for accuracy, presentation, and cleanliness before it leaves the kitchen

  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with both kitchen and front-of-house teams

  • Deliver food to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally

  • Maintain a clean and organized expo station throughout service

  • Assist the kitchen and service team during high-volume periods

  • Ensure guests receive the correct meals while providing friendly, attentive service

Qualifications

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or food items as needed

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
